Primrose League Honorary Dame of the League political badge

A good original Victorian 'Primrose League Honorary Dame of the League badge', enamelled primrose within gilt voided surround, bearing the Latin motto of the League 'Imperium Et Libertas' (Empire and liberty) and 'PL' monogram, the reverse impressed with maker's logo 'three small triangles, 'T & JB' (T & J Bragg Ltd Birmingham), 'Rd 41562' registered, design and patent number for the year 1903. Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel with minor flaws to the tips of petals, gilt finish remains bright. Height 31mm.
