Olympic Games 1960 equestrian badge Pat Smythe riding Prince Hal

A good original circa 1960's 'British Olympic Team Supporters' silver plated badge inlaid with blue enamel, depicting a symbolic figure of the famous show jumper Pat Smythe on her horse Prince Hal, the reverse with maker's details 'W.O.Lewis (Badges) Ltd B'Ham 19'. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, silver plating remains bright, an excellent example. Height 24mm.
