Original era manufacture. German WWII matching K98 bayonet and scabbard, 39 Herder, 1847b. Mix of satin blue and steel patina finish to the blade with zero surface corrosion. Mix of blue steel and steel patina on the guard, flash guard and pommel. Dark plum grips in good repair. Blue steel and patina finish, dent-free scabbard displaying scattered spotting of surface corrosion. Sound dismounted pattern leather frog displaying a Solingen maker name and date of 1938.
