A scarce original circa pre 1996 late issue 'Royal Observer Corps Leading Observer Rank matching pair of nylon embroidered epaulette slip on cloth badges' possibly for a pullover. Good condition. Height approx 51mm. The closure of the headquarters of the Royal Observer Corps on 31 March 1996 marked the disbandment of the ROC after over 70 years of service.
