A good original 'Confederation of Health Service Employees official union pin badge', chromium plated example of standard pattern but with scarce additional 'SECRETARY' scroll inlaid with light blue enamel, the centre bearing the 'COHSE' logo; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Fattorini'. Very good condition, completete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel. Height 25mm. Confederation of Health Service Employees COHSE 1946 -1993 merged with NUPE & NALGO to form UNISON.
