Robertsons Golly bagpiper white waistcoat advertising badge Marples & Beasley

A rare original hard to find circa 1950's period 'Robertson's Bagpiper Golly pin badge', wearing a white waistcoat, bright blue coat, without 'Golden Shred' slogan on golden enamel Scottish bagpipe bag, the reverse impressed in relief with circular maker's details 'Marples & Beasley B'Ham'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, minimal wear to gilt finish. Height 34mm.
