St. Joseph's Hospital Toronto nurses qualifiication award pin badge c1948

A scarce original circa 1940's period 'St. Joseph's Hospital Toronto Canada qualification award badge' in the form of a gold coloured small cross, laurel sprays between the arms and 'quod minimus fecisti' motto circlet with crowned shield to the centre portraying the Saint with child; the reverse impressed 'Joan Foreman 1948'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fitting with safety roller catch in good working order. Height 23mm.
