British Red Cross Society 10 Years Service pin badge

A good original pre 1953 period 'British Red Cross Society gilt and enamel badge; King George VI Crowned title circlet, the centre bearing red cross shield within green laurel sprays, with 'For 10 Years Service' scroll below; the reverse impressed with official issue number '8901' and inscribed to the recipient 'D.MITCHELL'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel. Height 39mm.
