Boys Brigade National Service Home front badge circa 1940

A scarce original Second World War period first pattern 'Boys Brigade National Service nickel pin badge, produced in 1940 before utility regulations came into force for voluntary 'War Service', this example with fretting between the flags and anchor. Very good condition, complete with original horizontal tube pin fittings and rounded catch.Height 28mm.
