A good original vintage period 'Royal Surrey County Hospital unnamed pin badge'; bronzed title circlet, superimposed with red enamel cross, the centre with an applied Kings Crown. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, touch of verdigris to crown. Diameter 29mm. Royal Surrey County Hospital was founded in 1863 and is situated in Egerton Road Guildford.
