A scarce original circa 1961 period fine quality 'East Sussex County Nursing Association silver pin badge'; small embossed title circlet, superimposed over a 'Canterbury' style cross, bearing crossed arrows pointing north and west, the centre depicting a gilt nurses lamp on blue enamel ground; the reverse impressed with London silver hallmarks for 1961 and maker's details 'L.Simpson (London) Ltd. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel. Diameter 26mm.
