1904 Kempton Park horse racing club badge

A rare original Edwardian gentlemens 1904 Kempton Park horse racing club membership badge'; small silver plated red enamel example in the form of a revolving ball, the plain central disc depicting the date; the reverse with maker's details 'H.Lewis 109 Mount St. London' and impressed with official low issue number '145'. Good condition, complete with original ring fitting, cord now absent, silver plating with wear. Diameter approx 20mm. Kempton Park Racecourse, Sunbury-on-Thames opened for horse racing in 1878.
