A rare original '1948 Henley Royal Regatta gilt and enamel badge', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'R.E.PEARCE Henley-on-Thames' 'Not Transferable' and official issue number 'No. 785'. Very good condition, no damage to the enamel and complete with original cord. 'Henley Royal Regatta' is a rowing event held annually on the River Thames by the town of Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, England.
