Gloster Reaper. F.9/37

The Gloster F.9/37, also known as the Gloster G.39, was a British twin-engined design from the Gloster Aircraft Company for a cannon-armed heavy fighter to serve with the Royal Air Force, planned before the Second World War. The F.9/37 was rejected in favour of other designs. Lovely scarce 'apprentice piece' ? desk top model. Model is worked in aluminium, which has patinated over the years, i have not tried to clean it, but would polish up if required. The Perspex 'props' are removeable, as is the stand, if required. Not sure of the scale. but the dimensions, are wing span 7' length 5'. price includes postage to mainland UK only S/N 499
