Birmingham Special Constabulary Reserve police badge

A good original Second World War to circa 1950's period 'Birmingham Special Constabulary Reserve lapel badge' normally silver plated, but this brass example without a trace; crowned blue enamel oval title, the centre with embossed Coat of Arms of Birmingham on white enamel ground; the reverse impressed with official low issue number '215'. Good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no damage to the enamel. Height 39mm.
