A scarce original circa 1928 period fine quality 'Princess Louise Nurses for Children College qualification badge' bearing an embossed 'Cypher and Coronet of Princess Louise' within a purple enamel title surround; the reverse impressed with Edinburgh silver hallmarks for 1928 and maker's details 'K&S' (Alexander Kirkwood & Son St James Square, Edinburgh and later Albany Street. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel. Diameter 30mm.
