A good original post 1953 period 'Royal Canadian Air Force RCAF cap badge'; large die stamped gilt metal example in the form of a EIIR crowned circlet, bearing motto 'Per Ardua ad Astra' (through adversity to the stars) eagle spread across the centre, all resting on a tri part title scroll; the reverse bearing two long screw posts and nuts. Very good condition. Height 56mm.
