Peninsular and Oriental P&O shipping line Stratton powder compact Unused

A very attractive original circa 1970's late 1980's 'Peninsular and Oriental (P&O) Shipping Line powder compact souvenir'; chic looking black enamel example mounted with a gilt quartered saltire flag inlaid with red, white, blue and yellow enamel; the reverse with multi stripe decoration and impressed to the centre with maker's details 'Stratton Made in England'. Very good unused condition, no damage to the enamel, both catches in perfect working order, complete with black felt cover and cardboard box with selotape stain, Stratton powder puff and mesh sifter. An excellent example. Diameter 80mm.
