WW2 Royal Air Force pilot wing RAF gilt and enamel sweetheart badge

A good original circa 1940's wartime period 'Royal Air Force gilt and enamel pin brooch'; King George VI Crowned blue enamel disc bearing 'RAF' monogram flanked by white enamel feathered wings. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright. An excellent example. Wingspan 53mm.
