Boy Scouts gold thanks badge applied fleur de lys circa 1911

A rare original circa 1911 early pattern 'Boy Scouts solid gold thanks badge' with an applied fleur de lys, the reverse impressed '9ct' (9 carat gold) and with registration details 'Rd No 568809' a design and patent date of 1910. Very good condition, complete with original suspension ring fitting. Height approx with ring 27mm.
