Primrose League Champion Warden 1912 silver award badge

A very scarce original 'Primrose League Champion Warden award badge'; silver disc with applied gilt and enamel primrose flower decoration, bearing the league's Latin motto 'Imperium Et Libertas' (Empire and Liberty) title above a 'PL' monogram and suspended from a silver gilt and enamel 'Champion Warden 1912' title bar; the reverse impressed to both parts with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1912 and maker's details 'W.O.L' (William Osborn Lewis Howard Street, Birmingham). Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel. Height approx 49mm.
