A rare original First World War period 'New Hall Hey Auxiliary Hospital pin badge'; gilt example bearing a red cross; the reverse impressed with early maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Bolton'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel. Height 28mm.
