A good original Second World War period 'Victoria ARP Auxiliary Ambulance badge, Crowned nickel shield diplaying bold 'ARP' red enamel tablet across the centre, the reverse impressed in relief 'Issued by State Emergency Council' maker's details 'Bentley' and stamped with official issue number '1979'. Good condition, retaining two original loop fittings, enamel intact, minor surface scratches. Height approx 34mm.
