A scarce ORIGINAL 'Irvin Air Chutes Parachute Company qualification pin badge', gilt brass winged canopy inlaid with light blue and white enamel 'Irvin' title below, the reverse impressed with straight maker's details 'H.W.Miller Ltd B'Ham.18 MADE IN ENGLAND' (an address format used between 1957 and 1976). Very good condition, complete with correct original clamped joint coiled pin fitting and hooked catch, no stress marks or damage to the enamel. Width 33mm. Height 20mm.
