Charing Cross Hospital bronze nurses badge

A scarce original early issue 'Charing Cross Hospital London medal' heavy bronze example in the form of a Maltese cross with fleur-de-leys between each arm, complete with original dark blue and red silk ribbon with early type buckle suspension bar with pin fittings, the reverse inscribed to the recipient 'Kathleen J.Crust'. Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, safety pin now holding actual pin in place. Diameter 46mm. Length approx 127mm.
