WW1 National Reserve Class I Bethnal Green London home front badge

A very scarce original First World War period large gilt badge inlaid with red and white enamel, the reverse with maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London' and impressed with official issue number '23071 BETH GREEN' Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright. Height 38mm.
