WW1 National Reserve Class II ISLINGTON London badge

A very scarce original First World War period large gilt badge inlaid with blue and white enamel, '15' impressed to the right side rifle butt, the reverse with maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London' and impressed with official issue number '17390 ISLINGTON ' Good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, small nick to the enamel in 2 o'clock position, gilt finish remains bright. Height approx 38mm.
