25th County of London (Cyclist) Battalion cap badge c.1908 -1919

A scarce original circa 1908 to 1919 period '25th County of London (Cyclist) Battalion cap badge'; die-cast bronze example with voided crowned title circlet resting in laurel sprays, cycle wheel to centre with superimposed numerals '25', with straight motto scroll below 'Tenax et Audax' (Tenacious and bold). Good condition, complete with two original long loop fittings and split pin, shaped to fit the cap. Height approx 42mm.
