A scarce original circa pre 1948 period 'Queen Charlotte's Maternity Hospital MDCCXXXIX silver plated pin badge'; large silver plated example, bearing the 'Coat of Arms of Queen Charlotte' in relief within blue enamel title surround. Very good condition, complete with original pin fitting, no damage to the enamel, silvered finish remains bright. An excellent example. Diameter approx 33mm.
