A scarce original circa 1944 'Local Fire Guard Instructors silver plate and enamel home front badge', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fitting, no damage to the enamel.Height 32mm.Local Fire Guard Instructors badge was authorised in 1944 for Instructors trained locally.
