WW1 Primrose League Patriotic Service pin badge in retailers box

A scarce First World War period small gilt and enamel badge, bearing Crowned circlet, primrose with 'PL' to the centre and title scroll below 'The Primrose League Patriotic Service', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'W.O.Lewis Howard St' and complete with retailers box and card insert with maker's details 'W.O.Lewis Medallist Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright. Height 27mm.
