Robertson Clan Family Crest 1956 hallmarked silver pin badge

A good original circa 1950's period fine quality Scottish Clan 'Robertson Family Crest pin badge'; silver strap bearing 'Virtutis Gloria Merces' (Glory is the reward of valour) motto, the voided centre depicting a dexter hand holding up an imperial crown; the reverse impressed with Edinburgh silver hallmarks for 1956 and maker's details 'T.E' (Thomas Kerr Ebbutt). Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings. Diameter 25mm.
