4th Battalion Essex Regiment Comrades Association badge

A scarce original circa 1930's period '4th Battalion Essex Regiment Comrades Association gilt lapel badge', on the style of the cap badge, with white enamel title scrolls; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London'. Very good clean condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright. Diameter 27mm.
