YMCA Boy Scouts pin badge by Marples & Beasley Birmingham

A scarce original circa 1940's period British Made 'Young Mens Christian Association Boy Scouts gilt metal badge', in the form of a red enamel triangle with superimposed green fleur-de-lis emblem to the centre; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Marples & Beasley Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright. Height 26mm.
