Girl Guides Land Rangers trefoil red enamel promise badge c1920

A scarce original circa 1920's period 'Girl Guides Land Ranger Trefoil Promise badge', a gilded brass example inlaid with red enamel, bearing fretted star to the top leaf and plain scroll below, the reverse with embossed maker's details 'Collins London' 'Girl Guides' 'Regd No 671782' a registered, design and patent date of 1919. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.. Height 22mm.
