Butlins 1938 Skegness holiday camp jolly fisherman Staff badge

A very rare original pre-war undated 'Butlins 1938 Skegness holiday camp gilt and ename STAFF badge', the reverse with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, but it does have a faint CRACK to staff scroll between the A and F, gilt finish remains bright. Height 32mm.
