Japanese WWII Type 30 Bayonet & Frog, Kokura Mfg

Original period manufacture. A classic WWII Japanese bayonet, made by the Imperial Arsenal Kokura. Blue finished blade with fullers, hooked guard, bird head pommel and contoured wooden grips. Steel patina finish to the guard and pommel, with an operational lock mechanism. Very clean blue steel finished scabbard showing some light denting on the reverse, no corrosion issues. Very sound brown leather frog with a double belt loop and unbroken securing strap.
