Isle of Man Civil Service identification lapel badge circa 1940's

A scarce original circa 1940's period, probably wartime 'Isle of Man identification badge' in the form of a large gilt George VI crowned disc, inlaid with dark blue enamel, inscribed in bold lettering 'Isle of Man Civil Service' Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no damage to the enamel, very minor surface scratches. Height 39mm.
