A scarce original 'Boy Scouts Lady Worker hollow silver fleur de lys hat badge' with blue enamel stars, the reverse impressed 'Sterling Silver' and 'Rd 539538' a registration design and patent year for 1909. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel. Height 38mm.
