Butlins 1947 Ayr holiday camp Scottish dancing thistle man badge

A scarce original immediate post-war period 'Butlin's 1947 Ayr badge', gilded brass example displaying a dancing thistle man on tartan background, the reverse impressed with maker's details 'W.Reeves & Co Tenby St Birmingham 1'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, poor manufacturing overspill and underfill flaws, gilt finish remains bright. Height 31mm.
