Butlins 1937 Skegness jolly fisherman pre war staff badge

An extremely rare original pre-war undated 'Butlins 1937 Skegness holiday camp gilt and enamel STAFF badge', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, gilt remains bright. Height 33mm.
