A very scarce original circa 1933 Art Deco period swimwear advertising badge, featuring a figural of a bathing beauty in a woman's blue one-piece swimming costume poised on a flying fish inscribed 'BUKTA', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Miller 118 Branston St B'Ham COPYRIGHT'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel perfect except for a manufacturing flaw to left wrist. Height 26mm. 'Bukta Swimwear Burka House Manchester'.
