Post Office Engineering Honorary Member union badge 1919 to 1985

A very good original circa 1940's 'Post Office Engineering Union lapel badge'; small circular gilt example inlaid with red, white and blue enamel, bearing shield with clasped hands to the centre and 'P.O.E.U. 1887' below, and additional scroll below 'HON MEMBER'; the reverse with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St. Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains in mint condition. Height 26mm.
