WW1 Queen Marys Needlework Guild QMNG workers badge

A good original First World War period 'Queen Mary's Needlework Guild worker's gilt and enamel badge' in the form of a white enamel shield quartered by a blue cross with 'Q M N G' within the arms. Very good condition,complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, gilt remains bright. Height 20mm.
