1924 Wembley Exhibition FBEE fellowship badge

A good original fine quality unmarked silver coloured 'Fellowship of the British Empire Exhibition membership badge', the centre displaying the 'Herrick' Lion' (designed by Frederick Charles Herrick) with industrious bees in flight around a beehive on black enamel background, title above 'F.B.E.E.', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd, 112 Regent St. W1.' Very good condition, complete with original single stick pin fitting, enamel perfect. Diameter 26mm.
