The National Painters Society NPS trade union badge

A good original circa 1941 to 1959 period 'National Painters Society trade union lapel badge'; gilded brass example in the form of an artist's palette, inlaid with blue and white enamel and displaying a coat of arms with motto 'Amoret Obedientia', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Fattorini & Sons Ld Bradford Works Birmingham'677378'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, enamel perfect. Height 25mm.
