A scarce original post 1991 'B T First Aid Centre 5 years valued service award badge' chromium plated example in the form of a small white enamel Maltese Cross, this mounted with shield inlaid with red enamel and St.John symbol. Very good mint condition, complete with original card backing with inscription. Height 19mm. The British Telecom brand was introduced in 1980, the company changed its trading name to 'BT' on 2 April 1991.
