Isle of Man Civil Defence Corps badge circa 1949 - 1952

A scarce original early pattern cold war period 'Isle of Man Civil Defence Corps gilt and enamel badge'. King George VI crowned title circlet inlaid with blue enamel, bearing an embossed 'Triskele' to the centre. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, scratch marks in the 4 o'clock position. Height 30mm.
