A scarce exceptionally clean First World War period ' Royal Warwickshire Regiment silk postcard'; hand embroidered crossed 'Union Flag' and 'Red Ensign' with forget-me-nots flowers. The reverse with 'Carte Postale' and addressed to 'Miss E.M.Sutton, 2 Prince Arthur Garade, Church Lane, Hampstead, London N.W.3'. Very good clean condition, colours remain bright, no sign of any foxing, an excellent example.
