A good original 'COHSE' Steward large chromium plated circular badge inlaid with red enamel, the centre bearing the logo of the 'Confederation of Health Service Employees' and title inscribed 'COHSE The Health Care Union', the reverse with maker's details 'Fattorini'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel. Diameter 30mm. Confederation of Health Service Employees COHSE 1946 -1993 merged with NUPE & NALGO to form UNISON.
